Organizational Structure & Culture Change Work
- Recapped what we are doing, why we are doing it and the main points of the proposal
3Y Strategic Goals and 2025 OKRs
- Walked through the 3 Strategic Goals and the 2025 OKRs and KRs attached to them
- Currently drafting our 2025-2028 strategic plan based on these three strategic goals, elaborating on rational and objectives for each one of them. Aim to share a draft with the Advisory Committee and staff by mid February and publish the plan at the beginning of March.
AC topics
- Vote approved to strengthen the AC with additional documentation, processes, and meetings.
- Kristen agreed to continue serving on the PREreview AC for 6 months
