- CM follow up with CSS re: outcomes review/follow-up (interim between now and next 360 review).
- Chris completed this follow-up with CSS on 8/6/2025. CSS has worked with their HR team to develop “a broad overview of the performance evaluation process” and they are working on a follow-up timeline internally for the projects with 360 reviews. They will follow-up once they have made decisions on that process for their whole portfolio.
- DS: share results of cultural assessment survey
- DS: develop pitch deck for funders (vision deck)
- CM: Add a table to the ‘Amendments’ section of what should be reviewed in PREreview AC handbook
