Thank you for checking out our latest update about PREreview.org!
What’s new at PREreview?
This week we added our new language picker to PREreview.org! Now you can switch between Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and US English on our homepage and throughout our preprint review workflow. More pages will be available in these languages soon, and next year we’ll work to add localizations and translations of more languages to the site.
Recently we’ve made several design changes to sandbox.prereview.org meant to improve the clarity and navigability of the site. We’ll make these changes on the “official” PREreview.org homepage soon, as well. We’re waiting to wrap up the translation of a few new sections present on our sandbox site before making the switch.
Additionally, we’ve tweaked a few details here and there across the site, adding a “date started” for each PREreview Club, updating social media links at the end of the review workflow, and revising our Code of Conduct with new language about the use of AI reviews published through our site. That new language is being translated now and will appear on the website soon.
What’s next?
We are right in the midst of developing our dataset review workflow and hope to have a few steps ready for testing with staff and community members in the coming weeks.
