Hello and welcome to this week’s update from PREreview.org!

What’s new at PREreview?

In addition to starting new clubs pages and continuing to improve our internal data dashboard, we’ve been helping advance our upcoming localization and translation work on PREreview.org.

We’ve also added “Live Review” tags and “Requested Review” tags to PREreviews. The “Live Review” tag helps recognize community members who have participated in collaborative review workshops with us, and the “Requested Review” tag helps recognize authors who provided requested feedback to authors using PREreview’s request-a-review feature.

This screenshot shows the title and authors of a PREreview and also displays theLive Review and Requested Review tag above its title and authors.

What’s next?

Later this month we’ll be facilitating our community design sprints on localization and translation, beginning with work in Portuguese and Spanish. You can register here to join one of those calls! The first will be in English and Spanish, and the second will be in English and Portuguese.

We are also beginning work to bring commenting back to PREreview.org to help authors and PREreviewers connect with one another and discuss those reviewers’ feedback.

Let us know what you think

Please consider sharing your feedback with us by setting up a user research interview with Head of Product Chad Sansing. Click here to sign up for a chat. If you can’t find an available appointment time that fits your schedule, please email Chad to arrange a call. Whenever possible, we compensate interviewees.

You can also leave feedback, questions, and suggestions on the #community-feedback channel of our community Slack.
