Here’s the latest product news from PREreview.org!

What’s new at PREreview?

This week we prototyped our AI declaration modal for the PREreview publishing workflow. We’ll test that new modal internally soon and then add it to the public, production version of prereview.org.

We explored how best to support requests for review of preprints from servers that don’t provide abstracts in the metadata for those preprints, so we’ve been able to make our request-a-review feature work with more preprint servers.

This week, we also helped launch another new club. Remember, if you practice collaborative peer review and would like a home for your group’s work, you can start a PREreview Club, too!

What’s next?

In addition to upcoming localization and translation work, we’ll soon begin exploring UI improvements for helping newcomers find their way around PREreview.org. We will also explore how to support reviewing datasets as early research outcomes that complement preprints.
