- New organizational chart with names attached to positions and identification of any new hires needed

- Advisory Committee expressed interest in hearing the results of the workshop re: staff vs non-staff roles, and organization structure
- What role do we want for the Advisory Committee - it can be fluid? They are here to serve us
- Suggestion for subsets - some with executive functions (hiring/firing responsibilities)
- Not all decisions in this process must occur at once. Leadership team should decide on new recruits to the Advisory Committee
