Thanks for joining us for this week’s big update from PREreview.org!
What’s new at PREreview?
This week we launched our new Structured PREreview workflow! Our new Structured PREreviews replace our older Rapid PREreviews. They’ve been designed to help PREreviewers jumpstart their work with community-tested prompts and new comment fields that allow PREreviewers to quickly assess a preprint and while providing further context and explanation for authors wondering how best to improve their work.
Try authoring your own Structured PREreview be starting here with a preprint’s DOI and let us know how it goes!
We’ve also continued work to improve user profiles and ways people can request reviews on preprints.
What’s next?
We just wrapped up our latest round of community design sprints focused on discovery and search on PRErevieworg. Next week we’ll be analyzing the feedback we received to identify and prioritize the opportunities and challenges community members would like us to address.
