PREreview welcomes new funding!
We are delighted to announce PREreview has received a three-year grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to support research communities in adopting and advocating for open and equitable peer-review practices.

Position type: Fixed term, full-time global* remote employment. (*Visit Remote.com for a complete list of the non-US countries eligible for employment.)
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 USD per year, plus benefits (including medical and dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, retirement, paid vacation)
Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel
Job length: 3 years grant-funded position, with potential for longer employment depending on performance and funds available
Works with: Primary supervision based in the UK with collaborators based in US Pacific and US Eastern time zones

How Collaborative Peer Review Can Transform Scientific Research

PREreview.org updates - 2024 so far
We’ve done a lot of work on the product side of PREreview in the first half of 2024 thanks to ongoing feedback from our wonderful community members.
- We launched a new ORCID integration
- We automated the process for adding multiple authors to collaborative PREreviews.
- We added filtering by language and OpenAlex fields for published PREreviews and requests for review.
- We added title and author search.
- We improved tagging on requests for review, using subfields from OpenAlex, to help PREreviewers find relevant preprints to review.
- Community members have also started several new PREreview Clubs.
